Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is credited in full toward your session or monthly subscription. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice may reschedule or receive a credit. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. No cash refunds.
